Paros is one of the most beautiful places in Greece. There are pretty villages that are amazing to explore.
Furthermore, you can find many beaches on the island. The island is also very nice because of the traditional atmosphere and the churches.
Moreover, Paros is part of the Cyclades, but it's one of the lesser-known islands. Other islands, such as Santorini and Mykonos, are very famous and busier. For that reason, Paros is a great destination if you want to discover a quiet Greek island.
Spending 24 hours in Paros is a great thing to do. If you're in Greece, I'd definitely recommend seeing this wonderful island as well.

Church Panagia Ekatontapiliani
Now it’s time to visit the first sight in Paros! You’re going to Panagia Ekatontapiliani. This is one of the most beautiful churches on the island.
Panagia Ekatontapiliani means the church with a hundred doors. But the church doesn't actually have a hundred doors.
Furthermore, Panagia Ekatontapiliani is there since 326, so it's very old. This makes it very interesting if you like seeing historic buildings. It is a Byzantine church complex. Seeing this church complex is one of the best things to do on Paros!
There is a beautiful main chapel. And besides that, there are two other chapels that surround the main chapel. This is one of my favorite sights of this itinerary for 24 hours in Paros.
Learning about the history of the church is a great thing to do. For example, an earthquake damaged the church complex in the 18th century. And after that, Paros restored it.
Livadia Beach
After seeing the church, it’s time to go to Livadia Beach! Livadia Beach is a beach close to Parikia.
This is a lovely beach with sunbeds. Swimming here is so relaxing! The water is crystal clear. Especially when it's summer, you should definitely go here if you're one day in Paros.

Exploring Naoussa
When you saw this lovely village, it’s time to go to Naoussa! This is definitely one of the prettiest places in Greece. When you're 24 hours in Paros, you should see it for sure.
Naoussa is a cute fishing village and it has so much to offer! The traditional atmosphere in the place is incredible.
One of the best things to see here is the wonderful port. You can admire beautiful little boats there and the water is very blue.
Furthermore, there are lots of small shops in Naoussa. Visiting these shops is a lovely experience as well.
Linardo
After wandering through Naoussa, you can have something to drink in the village. One of the best bars is Linardo.
This is a great place next to the sea. And it looks very beautiful. There are beautiful pink flowers on the building. If you go here, you can relax at the standing tables. And you can also take some colorful photos here!
Linardo is also next to the famous view of Naoussa. This view is on many postcards from Paros.
You only need to walk towards to sea, turn right, and you’ll see it! I’d definitely recommend doing that if you’re having a drink at Naoussa.
The Venetian Castle
After this, you’re going to explore the Venetian castle. You can find it next to the old port Naoussa. This is a must-see when you're on Paros for a day.
The Venetians built it in the 15th century. It was there to protect the island from pirates and other enemies.

But you can also go back to Parikia and have dinner there. You can find great places to eat there as well.
When you had dinner, you can watch the sunset. The sunsets in Greece are famous because there are wonderful!
The best place to watch the sunset in Paros is Naoussa. There are lots of lovely spots to see the sunset. But I’d recommend seeing it at the port.
