A walk through a park can be very relaxing, and Moscow has several beautiful parks you can go to!

Examples of some of the best parks are the Alexander Garden and the Kolomenskoye Estate.

2. Free museums

There are so many museums in Moscow.

Some offer completely free admission, but most of them offer free admission every third Sunday of the month.

You should check out the website of the museums you want to visit for more information.

Some of the most notable ones are Gorky House-Museum, Moscow Museum of Modern Art, State Tretyakov Gallery, and Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts.

3. Free classical music concerts

In Moscow, there are many concerts held where you can enjoy classical music for free.

Many museums let you enjoy an evening of classical music.

You should check out the websites of these museums for their programs.

However, the best experience you will get at the famous Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory, where you can regularly go to enjoy a free concert.

Furthermore, the Gnesins Russian Academy of Music organizes concerts by students, that you can also attend for free.

4. Free walking tour

Seeing Moscow with a local will let you experience the city more thoroughly, especially when it is your first time visiting Moscow!

5. Lenin’s Mausoleum

6. St. Basil’s Cathedral

One of the most recognizable sights of Moscow is St. Basil's Cathedral. It's amazing to see the architecture of the outside of the cathedral in real life!

Because of this, it is also one of the best photo spots in Moscow!

This colorful Christian church is also located in Red Square. And it was built in the 16th century by Ivan the Terrible.
