4. Get a panoramic view

Looking to get a panoramic view of the city? Then you should definitely check out Grouse Mountain.

You can easily go there using the Skyride, but for a free way of coming there, you can hike the Grouse Grind, which is a trail of almost 3 kilometers.

Keep in mind, it is a challenging route!

On average, it takes about 1.5 hours to get to the top, but you should take some more time if you are not an experienced hiker. Check out this page for more information!

Jazz music is great to listen to.

The International Jazz Festival in Vancouver is a lovely festival during which you can listen to a lot of jazz, world, blues, creative, improvised, and more related genres of music. This festival is wonderful if you love music.

6. Walk across a suspension bridge

For another beautiful park, you could go to Lynn Canyon Park. You'll find here many hiking trails.

Also, you'll find the more than a hundred years old Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge here that lets you cross the canyon that has a depth of 50 meters or 160 feet.

The suspension is a great alternative to the Capilano Suspension Bridge which requires you to pay an admission fee.
