5 Best Instagram Photo Spots in Monaco

By Dymphe / January 22, 2023

In this article, I show you the 5 best Instagram photo spots in Monaco that I found. I enjoyed being in Monaco so much!

The water in Monaco is really blue, the houses look very luxurious and most times the weather is amazing!

Furthermore, Monaco is very photogenic, which makes it perfect for Instagram photos. These places for photography are also one of the reasons why you should go to Monaco.

Table of Contents

  • 1. Saint-Martin Gardens near the Palace of Justice
  • 2. In front of 3 Ruelle Sainte Barbe
  • 3. Crossing of Rue des Rempart and Rue Philibert Florence
  • 4. Another spot in Saint-Martin Gardens, near Statue Of Prince Albert 1
  • 5. The Platform on Rue des Rempart

1. Saint-Martin Gardens near the Palace of Justice

This spot was my favorite one in Monaco. It overlooks the Port de Fontvieille. The water is so blue and the houses are so beautiful, making this a super Instagrammable spot.

Photo tip: if you're too early, the sun is lower, which causes the water to be less blue. So if you want the water to be very blue, you should visit this place at around noon!

The gardens are also free to enter, which makes this one of the best free things to do in Monaco as well!

2. In front of 3 Ruelle Sainte Barbe

This photo spot also overlooks the photogenic Port de Fontvieille, but then from a different angle. The stone of the railing here looks very elegant.

It is really close to the first photo spot.

3. Crossing of Rue des Rempart and Rue Philibert Florence

From here, you get a stunning view of the luxurious houses of Monaco next to the Port Hercule.

Especially when it's dark outside, I think this place is very photogenic and perfect for Instagram! The lights look incredible.

4. Another spot in Saint-Martin Gardens, near Statue Of Prince Albert 1

This place is also a very Instagrammable spot because it actually looks like a little balcony, which I really love!

The photographer can also stand a little higher because there are stairs nearby.

5. The Platform on Rue des Rempart

This spot is very close to spot 3 and also very Instagrammable.

From this point, you can enjoy the lovely view of all the houses again, but the photo looks very different because of the platform!

Also, the mountains look amazing from here.
